If you’re not completely satisfied, return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping). Customers are responsible for return shipping fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval. 

  • Eligibility

Unworn, unused, and unmodified (meaning not cut, trimmed, stitched, shortened, or altered in any way) Original condition and packaging (buckle unscratched; all parts included)

Not eligible: Items that are worn, cut, altered, or otherwise modified. Final sales items are not eligible for return nor exchange. 

  • How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@styleunscriptedco.com. Kindly include your order number, reason for return, and the size or model you’d like to exchange.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We will refund you as soon as we receive your item, and the return credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs if applicable are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size, color, or model? Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unmodified, and in original packaging. Exchanges are available only for orders within the United States.

  • Return shipping is covered by the customer; We cover outbound shipping for the replacement. Exchanges are limited to one per order.
  • Exchanges typically ship within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
  • If you’d like to exchange for a different model, it must be of equal value. If the new item has a different price, we will process a refund for your original order after receiving the return, and you may place a new order.
  • Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
